Alter Uluslararası Mühendislik ve Müşavirlik Hizmetleri Ltd.Şti is an independent group of social scientists, economist and financial experts, institution and capacity building experts planners, engineers and technology scientist. We offer integrated multi-disciplinary services in development planning, civil, structural, electro-mechanical and environmental engineering. Since its foundation in 1975, Alter has undertaken large volume of engineering projects in Turkey and neighbour countries, many of them financed by international agencies, such as World Bank, IBRD, KfW, NIB, EIB, EU grants etc. Alter International is a member of Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects affiliated to International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA).

ALTER’s headquarter office is located in Ankara, whilst having permanent offices in İstanbul, İzmir Eskişehir, Muğla and Bodrum in Turkey.

As we have turned our target to Central Asian and Balkan countries in overseas project and play a leading role in the successful implementation of big-scale budget in these countries, we are shaping our future investments according this route.

We are currently active and carrying out different infrastructure and superstructure projects in Uzbekistan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Pakistan and Ukraine. Due to these on-going projects, we have branch offices in Tashkent, Uzbekistan; Sarajevo, Bosnia Herzegovina and Lahore, Pakistan.
