About
On January 24th 2018, the global Handicap International network became Humanity & Inclusion. This network is composed of a Federation which implements our programmes in the field in around sixty countries and of eight national associations. These programmes or national associations are known as "Handicap International" or "Humanity & Inclusion", depending on the country.
In Egypt, Humanity & Inclusion continues to run programs under the operating name "Handicap International."
In Egypt, HI aims to make comprehensive, high quality community-based rehabilitation available to people with disabilities by providing support and training to national authorities and local service providers. HI employs 21 national staff and two expatriates to carry out its projects in Egypt.
