Brandenburgische Boden GmbH

The Brandenburgi soil GmbH was created 1994 first exclusively for the administration, development and utilization of approx. 100,000 hectares formerly by the Russian military used real estate properties in the country Brandenburg. In the result of their successful activity with the marketing of these surfaces by the federal state government starting from 1997 further orders were given to the society for the sale by local real estates, among them among other things locks and manor-houses. With their core business, which was sales of the former military surfaces, the society confronted with an up to then unparalleled task. With the case of the wall 1989 and the following departure of the Russian troops stood approx. 8 per cent for the national surface, which had been used before by the national People's Army (NVA) and the west's group of the Russian troops (WGT), for arrangement.
