(GCSL) is a private project and programme management oriented consulting and training company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1995 of Trinidad and Tobago on the 14th October 1998. We also assist our clients in ensuring that their projects are managed and their people trained to up-to-date effective methods of modern project management.
