Constructora Sudamericana S.A. started as a construction company for civil works in 1970. We work throughout the territory of the Argentine Republic. In the framework of the process of regional expansion that we are experiencing, we have operations in Chile and Uruguay, having built important projects. We have a stable staff of more than 350 professionals and technicians from different specialties. At the same time we manage a workforce that can range between 2,500 or 3,500 workers. We have approached projects in the most varied areas of the industry, taking on the challenge of carrying out highly demanding jobs in terms of deadlines, locations and constructive solutions.

We are leaders in building works (housing, offices, universities, commercial), health (hospitals and laboratories) and industry, and we are moving forward with an increasing operation in mining works and power generation. We emphasize in this last item the civil works under the EPC modality of a Cogeneration Plant in the Province of Santa Fe, as well as the construction of the Civil and Electric BoP of 4 electricity generation parks in the Province of Buenos Aires and Córdoba. We usually work simultaneously in more than 20 projects distributed throughout the country, Uruguay and Chile. We have an annual turnover level of more than US $ 150,000,000. In the last edition of the Professional Excellence Ranking 2018 of Clarín's Architecture Journal together with the consulting firm D'Alessio Irol, we have obtained second place among the most prestigious companies in the category of construction companies in the Argentine Republic.
