E&M are the only multi disciplinary M&E consultants in Gibraltar. Our staff have successfully tackled some of the most challenging projects locally and many of our sustainable solutions and attention to detail can be seen in many of the modern buildings now operational here.

Each staff member is a specialist in his or her field and is aware of how important each project, whether large or small, is to our clients. Our reputation is critical and we endeavour to ensure our clients keep coming back to us when embarking on new projects.

We are centrally located in Watergardens and this allows our staff to attend projects daily if required. We have gained substantial experience in working as part of multi disciplinary teams even when the architect or structural engineers are located outside Gibraltar. Our permanent presence here and local knowledge have proved a substantial advantage to many teams.

Our projects range from high profile projects such as Ocean Village and Mid Harbours, a 500 apartment project, to community projects and Government works such as the new Gibraltar Law Courts and House of Parliament.

All our specialist staff are well supported by highly motivated technicians, engineers and the latest deign software such as HEVACOMP, AMTECH and we subscribe to the NES specifications. Our designs are always underpinned by a robust quality control system.
