Inno-Change International Consultants, Inc. is a consulting firm established by experienced international consultants and academics with extensive expertise in education, health systems, social development, organizational development, performance and rewards management, human
resources management and development, judicial reforms and environment and resources management.

Currently, there are more than 150 experts and specialists working with IIC in its pool who have extensive experience in Southeast Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, and Pacific countries. These experts and specialists have been involved in more than 100 projects either as individually contracted or contracted through a firm for projects funded by Asian Development Bank, World Bank, USAID, AusAid, NZAID, JBIC, JICA, JODC, UN Systems, ASEAN, DANIDA, CIDA, European Union and foreign governments.
