RPR - Reanimation Package of Reforms

The Reanimation Package of Reforms is the largest coalition of leading non-governmental organizations and experts from all over Ukraine who have pooled their efforts to facilitate and implement reforms.

The RPR also functions as a coordination center for 86 non-governmental organizations and 22 expert groups which develop, promote, and control implementation of the reforms. The number of coalition members is constantly growing.

In February 2014, during the Revolution of Dignity, hundreds of like-minded people – experts, journalists and scholars – established a coalition that became the key driver of reforms in the country. The main state-building changes proposed by RPR experts are documented in the Reforms Roadmap (RRM). This document is an action plan for the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers and other authorities. RRM contains the action plan of expert groups in 22 areas.

Our mission
Support for and advancement of reforms in order to build an independent, democratic, law-governed, strong and authoritative Ukrainian state with a wealthy society and equal development and self-fulfillment opportunities for each person, as well as facilitation of the consolidation of Ukrainian civil society.

Representatives of member NGOs and individual RPR experts work in expert groups in different areas. The work of the groups takes place in the form of open meetings to discuss and develop legislative or other initiatives for further implementation. The goal of each group is to ensure implementation of the respective reform, bring good governance in their sphere, ensure partnership between the government and the society, and exercise effective public control over the government activity.
