Balanced Scorecard Eastern Africa (BSEA) is a Management Consulting Firm based in Nairobi, Kenya providing Strategy and Performance Management Consulting and Training Services. We are an affiliate of the Balanced Scorecard Institute, a Consulting Management Group based in Cary, North Carolina, USA and Stacey Barr PTY, the Performance Measurement Specialist, based in Samford Australia.

Since our founding in 2008, we have worked with companies, government departments and not-for profit organizations of different sizes by providing training and consulting on the development and implementation of strategy and performance management system using the Balanced Scorecard and PuMP® Performance Measurement Frameworks. One measure of our success is our ability to enhance sustainable transformation both at individual and organization levels.
