In November 2008 NEXOS was acquired by Apave Italia CPM, APAVE group, which intends to base the group's certification activities on the original nucleus of NEXOS. From 2006 to 2007 NEXOS was accredited for inspection activities (international standard EN 17020), since 2007 NEXOS is accredited by Accredia (Sincert until 2009) for product certification (EN 45011 standard) and since 2009 for system certification quality.
