AfriDev Exchange

AfriDev Exchange (AE) is an independent consulting firm that catalyses organisations and businesses to build success with Africans. We use intercultural participatory learning and action (IPLA) research and planning approach (a powerful people-centred approach that energises stakeholders and empowers them to participate and take positive action) to help organisations develop and scale up programmes and strategies that create greater social impact in Africa. We help funders and nonprofits develop and evaluate strategies that advance their missions in Africa. We help companies design inclusive market strategies that advance their business to Africa, and we assist in the process of internationalisation and global mobility.

AfriDev Exchange was founded by an African Diaspora who identified a gap in the way western organisations engage with their African stakeholders. Our approach is rooted from blending the Africans' core cultural values with Western civilization to develop powerful solutions that work for all.  We work in a wide range of sectors including: Policy and advocacy, intercultural competence development and diversity management, healthcare reform, civil society engagement, education and training, human rights etc.
