Companion Consulting was born in 2006 from an idea of its founding partners Juan Sebastián Montes and Juan Guillermo Andalaft, who developed a model that goes beyond consulting, pretending to be an "organizational coach" to accompany companies to Implement management practices, tools and methodologies, as well as execute their strategies through organizational alignment.

Through these years, partners and associate consultants have been incorporated who have contributed their training and experience to form a solid multidisciplinary team capable of fulfilling our Mission. Notably the incorporation of the Partner-consultant Pierre Guillon in 2010, who has contributed his invaluable knowledge and experience in Organizational Development and Strategic Development of Human Resources, which has allowed us to expand our scope of action in these fundamental disciplines for the Execution of the Strategy .

In 2012, through the incorporation of the partners Gonzalo Pereyra de Olazábal and Francisco Risso Companion Consulting opens its first two international subsidiaries in Argentina and Uruguay. Additionally, with Gonzalo, the practice of Intangible Capital Management is incorporated into our service offering.
