TPF Sp. z o.o. (formerly E&L Architects Sp. z o.o.) was established in Warsaw in 1994. We plan, design and coordinate the construction of cost-effective development projects for successful business in Poland.
TPF Sp. z o.o. includes many Polish-licensed architects and Engineers who all contribute to the design and management of our projects. Apart from complete range of architectural and engineering services from structural studies to special building utilities and roads, we also handle the supervision and coordination of works and preparation of all documents relating to tender and required building permits. Our design experience includes: offices and business parks, residential schemes, shopping centers and supermarkets, distribution centers, factories.

TPF Sp. z o.o. also provides consulting services in the field of infrastructural projects financed by UE, EBI, EBRD in the field of roads, bridges, rail and environmental protection. Provision of services includes: projectcoordination and management, investment management, technical assistance, investor’s supervision, management services for infrastructural projects according to FIDIC procedures.
