They include well-known ingredients-making names such as Mühlenchemie, Hydrosol, SternVitamin, DeutscheBack, SternEnzym, OlbrichtArom, HERZA Schokolade and Sternchemie. SternMaid is the group’s contract manufacturer of food ingredients and supplements. All companies operate as independent centres of excellence. The Stern-Technology Center in Hamburg-Ahrensburg/Germany is a core part of the group, dedicated to wide-ranging applications research and offering the entirety of group expertise to each member.
