Društvo Arhitekata Zagreba (DAZ)

The Society of Architects of Zagreb (DAZ) is a professional organization that works with the goal of developing and affirming Croatian architecture and urbanism, space culture and the protection of the human environment. He is a historical heir of the Engineers 'and Architects' Club in Zagreb, founded on March 2, 1878 , at Ilica 6 in Zagreb, with 35 members enrolled in Zagreb and 48 from the Croatian and Slavonic regions. Under the present name, the Society of Architects of Zagreb as a professional association of architects in Zagreb has been operating since 1956. Since 1960, DAZ is a city-based society of architects within the Association of Architects of Croatia (SAH). Since 1993, the Society of Architects of Zagreb is a member of the Association of Croatian Architects (UHA).
