The Complexity Management Academy set three general principles: Best in Education, Best in Practice and Best in Research.To be the Best in Education, to maintain this position and keep our your company updated with the latest developments one step ahead, we offer different open seminars concerning current topics of complexity management, webinars and in-house-trainings that are specifically tailored for your company-needs. We train members of working groups on certain topics directly in your company, keeping in mind your specific aim and thus preparing your staff to solve bigger challenges.To be the Best in Practice, we created the Complexity Community, an association of different companies of different branches with one goal: discuss challenges, share experiences and develop new approaches and solutions.

This is done in focus- and working groups that meet several times a year and continue to optimize their potentials in terms of complexity management.Best in Research refers to our research that is conducted in consortia- and trend studies. Topics are discussed ahead of the start and can be proposed by any member of the community. Of course the results of our studies are kept completely anonymous. We also offer a detailed analyze of your own company if you wish.Founded in October 2014, the Complexity Management Academy falls back on more than 20 years of experience in complexity management by the Schuh Group. The site of the Academy - RWTH Aachen University's new Campus Melaten - sends a straight signal: The campus connects industry with research and is one of the largest arenas in the world. It represents the ideal surrounding for our standards.
