(APTech) is a full-service pavement engineering consulting firm that provides effective solutions for the design, evaluation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of roadway and airport pavements. Since our founding in 1994, we have worked with clients at the state, federal, and local level in the United States and abroad, and are a recognized leader in our industry. We help our clients identify cost-effective strategies that reduce the overall life cycle cost of preserving the pavement network while incorporating the latest pavement-related designs and technologies into organizational practice.
