ANPAL Servizi (former ITALIA LAVORO SpA)

ANPAL Servizi spa operates under the control of the National Agency for Active Policies ( ANPAL ), which determines the guidelines and objectives for the promotion of employment in Italy and abroad.

The company supports the ANPAL: 
• in the implementation of active labor policies in favor of jobseekers; 
• in strengthening employment services for the disadvantaged groups (migrants, victims of trafficking and labor exploitation, disadvantaged people in accordance with Law 381/1991 and Legislative Decree No. 276/2003 and beneficiaries of inclusion income) ; 
• in the relocation of the unemployed in Naspi (New social insurance for employment), in Dis-Coll for employees and precarious workers or in Asdi (unemployment allowance).

To this end, it develops tools and methodologies to support public and private operators in the labor market, manages projects aimed at identifying stable employment opportunities, especially in favor of workers involved in corporate crises, or in the context of personal services and activities. non-profit, and favors self-employment initiatives in a single and associated form. 
Furthermore, it promotes the strengthening of the role of schools, universities and vocational training institutions in the development of alternating school-work and transition-education-training-work paths, including through first and third level apprenticeship contracts, and in building of stable relationships with companies.
