MISSION:
Assistance to citizens in the area of action in securing and realizing the means and conditions for meeting the basic living needs of socially vulnerable, helpless and other persons who alone or with the help of family members or otherwise can not be satisfied because of unfavorable personal, family, economic, social and other circumstances. In order to prevent, alleviate and eliminate the causes and the state of social vulnerability, we provide support to families, especially children and other people who can not care for themselves.

By safeguarding the integrity of every individual, with the principle of competence, we achieve the degree of social justice of all citizens in the area of our action that will guarantee him human dignity with the minimum of means for a worthy human being.
