About

Our Theory of Change

We believe that supporting the learning of boys and girls with a focus on rural areas and children who suffered from war and displacement and providing vocational training for the youth and vulnerable women will enable them to become more motivated and work-ready.

What we do

Through our work, we aim to achieve two objectives, namely, to provide food, clean water and medical attention to vulnerable people; and to accelerate human development through education and economic empowerment.

We have extensive experience in responding to humanitarian crises and helping affected communities rebuild their lives and take the journey into economic recovery.

We are currently working with vulnerable groups in Bangladesh (the Rohingya refugees), Iraq (IDPs and returnees), Jordan, Somalia and Turkey.

Help the Needy is an international relief and development charity, registered in the UK since 1996 with a focus on children (orphans) and women (widows).
