About
NGO Better Regulation Delivery Office (BRDO) is the leading Ukrainian better regulation think tank with an implementation focus. BRDO is a non-profit non-governmental organization created in 2015 to support the Government of Ukraine in carrying out medium and long-term business environment economic reforms in the face of political instability. Our mission is to play a key role in transforming Ukraine into a European democracy with effective governance underpinned by a strong and developed economy.
The BRDO team specializes in the development of mechanisms and tools for effective regulation and conducting research at all stages of the policy development and implementation cycle. The Office’s activities include the analysis of regulatory impact, the promotion of Ukraine’s integration commitments to the EU, and the public dialogue support between business and government. BRDO key sectoral expertise: Agriculture and Food safety; Energy; Construction Industry; IT and Telecom; Transport and Infrastructure; Regulatory policy.
The organization has been working with each Ukrainian government since 2015, regardless of political affiliation. The office takes the position of an independent expert-analytical center, which allows for an unbiased analysis of policy and the market and the development of appropriate recommendations that focus on improving the Ukrainian business environment.
