ELCON Medical Instruments G.m.b.H

Our company ELCON was founded in the year 1977 by Mr. H.R. Jakobi and a group of professionals with experience of many years in the field of surgical instruments.

In 2000 his son Thomas Jakobi joined the company. Since 2004 the company is managed by him. In August 2007 Holger Lücke joined the company as an additional Managing Director.
Mr. H.R. Jakobi with his more then 40 years experience is still participating consultative in the daily work, strategic planning and decisions. Customer orientation is the main target of our work. The concept of the company, the thinking and the function of our qualified and highly motivated staff is concentrated to this aim. This guarantees that hospitals and surgeons all over the world get ELCON instruments of the highest quality level.

We are distributing our instruments all over the world with well selected dealers. Our dealers get all assistance they need to be successful in their market. They are our direct link to the special requirements of the market there. This combined with our know-how in the field of surgical instruments is the base for optimal benefit to the end-user.
