"Borusan Makina Kazakhstan" company was established in Almaty in June 1999. "Borusan Makina Kazakhstan" has been operating as a part of the Turkish "Borusan Makina" Company, the official dealer of "Caterpillar" products in Turkey since 1994. Today, "Borusan Makina Kazakhstan" is a part of the major Turkish conglomerate - "Borusan Holding". Since its foundation it has grown into a family of 40 companies which currently employs over 6.000 people.

Having many years of experience, "Borusan Holding" is one of the top diversified companies operating in the field of pipe manufacturing, cold-rolling mill producing steel coil, "BMW", "Mini Cooper" and "Land Rover" dealership for Turkey, "Caterpillar" dealership for Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, logistics and telecommunications, Gemlik harbour in Turkey and energy sector.
