About

Established in 1986, Archidata is based in Milan, Italy and specialises in assistance and training for the public administration, with particular focus on organisational development, e-government and IT based solutions supported by the Structural Funds.

Progressively more engaged on assistance for preparation, implementation and evaluation of EU funded programmes since 1996, Archidata has gained extensive experience in technical and specialized assistance to Managing Authorities for planning, management, monitoring and control of the EU Structural Funds as well as for the promotion and enhancement of Italian best practices and projects at European and international level.

Archidata has an ongoing collaboration operational since over 10 years with the Regional Government of Lombardy (Italian Region with over 9 million inhabitants), in the course of which it has accompanied the Regional Administration in developing a vast policy of Human Resource Management strongly oriented to the innovation of the civil service.

Main activities carried out by Archidata have been the definition of organisational procedures, development of tasks and responsibilities of the organisational units, on the job training, definition of e-government tools for the delivery of services to the citizens etc. A large part of Archidata activity relates to EU financed programmes, schemes and projects, in the following areas of intervention:
