Biliaivka (first name Holovkivka) - established in 1789. Today - a city of regional subordination, Odessa region, Ukraine. Bilyaivka administrative center of the district, situated on the banks of the Dniester River, approximately 50 kilometers from the regional center of Odessa. In 2015 Bilyaivka City Council, together with Mayorivskoyu village council (village major and rebel) created a unified territorial community centered in m.Bilyayivka.
