Santos Knight Frank (formerly known as CBRE Philippines) was established by Rick Santos in Manila 23 years ago as the country’s first fully integrated real estate service provider.
The company rebranded with Knight Frank as the new long-term partner with effect from 1 January 2017. Founded in 1896 and headquartered in London, Knight Frank is the largest privately owned global real estate consultancy, with more than 400 offices in 59 countries across the globe.

Since foundation in 1994, the Philippine business has grown it to its current size of more than 1,200 staff operating across the country and consisting of 11 stand-alone, market leading business lines with specialist teams focusing on: Tenant Representation & Office Agency; Research & Consultancy; Valuations; Investments & Capital Markets; Facilities Management; Technical Services; Property Management; Project Management; Asset Management; Residential Services and Shared Services
