3M has been improving lives in Singapore for more than 50 years. 3M’s presence in Singapore includes two manufacturing plants at Woodlands and Tuas, an R&D Center at Woodlands, and a Customer Technical Center, laboratory and other supply chain and business operations based at Yishun.

Built in 1998, the state-of-the-art 3M Singapore Woodlands Plant produces optically clear adhesives, Command™ hooks and strips, custom flexible circuits, sintered abrasives, electronic adhesives, surface mount supply carrier and cover tapes, abrasive belts for fine finishing applications, and converts clean sanding discs for automotive applications for customers throughout Asia, USA and Europe.
