Balttehnika LTD is one of the largest dredging companies in the North-West of Russia.

We have our own fleet necessary for dredging works as well as professionals with twenty-year experience in the field. Thus, the company is able to perform all types of hydro technical works on offshore, port and inland waters — capital, maintenance and environmental dredging as well as in land reclamation – in a timely manner and of high quality while using our own resources. We also have experience in organizing and managing complex works engaging partner organisations and subcontractors.

Our customers are both public contracting authorities and businesses fulfilling complex sate contracts focusing on the development of the sea transportation infrastructure: Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Rosmorport”, Russian Federation Defense Ministry, Leningrad Shipyard “Pella”, BaltStroy JSC, China Communications Construction Company (Russia), Astaldi S.p.A JSC, Sochimorstroy LTD, MRTS ZAPAD LTD, Dragmorstroy LTD, Rubezh-RemStroy LTD, GlobalElectroServis OJSC, Telekomstroy LTD and others.

We have successfully completed a variety of projects including:

Construction of MSCC “Bronka”, St. Peterbsurg;
Reconstruction of the cable line in the Gulf of Finland waters “35 kV cable line. Underwater part”;
Trench dredging for the gas pipeline for the construction of the LNG import, storage and regasification terminal in Kaliningrad region;
Land reclamation for the needs of the Western High-Speed Diameter construction, and others.
Current projects:

The complex of works on dredging of the quay front and waters of the military base No. 25, Baltiysk, Kaliningrad region (2015-2017) within the state defense contract – work scope over 1 million cubic meters;
Dredging works for the capital construction of the hydraulic structures and other objects for Pella shipyard.

Balttehnika LTD has a Certificate of Self-Regulation Organisiation No. 2497.05-2015-7841456958-С-010 dd. 20.02.2015 for performance of hydro-technical and diving works, works on construction organization, reconstruction and capital repair works with engaged builder or customer, earthworks, piling works, soil stabilization works up to 3 billion rubles under one contract without limitation as to period of validity.

Our company is currently in the process of obtaining Security clearance.
