We hold two GSA Professional Services (00CORP) Federal Supply Schedules: a Consolidated Schedule including Professional Engineering Services (PES), Environmental Support Services (ESS), and IT services, and also the former MOBIS 874 Schedule for Business Consulting Services. In addition, we are a SeaPort-e Prime contract holder. Our Cage Code is 0VM93. We are both MBE and DBE Certified in multiple States.

Headquartered in Hyattsville, Maryland, AED currently employs 60+ staff across 12 states. We have branch offices in Greenville, SC, Atlanta, GA, Orlando, FL and Jersey City, NJ. Our clients are consistently pleased with our ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously. AED is reliable, consistent and solution-oriented. We have successfully managed numerous design, engineering and facilities projects providing the necessary and often surge, resources in a timely manner.

Our staff is comprised of Professionals Engineers, Certified LEED Professionals, Certified Energy Managers, Registered Architects, and other industry-relevant appropriately registered technical personnel. Our project expertise is federal, commercial, state and local, water/wastewater, educational, industrial, retail, hospitality, stadiums, and healthcare facilities. Our services include Commissioning, Electrical, Energy Analysis, Facility Assessments, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, environmental, Sustainable Design ,LEED commissioning, and retro-commissioning. We have the capability and capacity to work in both cleared and non-cleared facilities and environments as required to meet the mission objective of our clients.

AED’s MEP design capabilities also include certified fire protection and complete MEP design. We offer full-service MEP/FP for well-coordinated facilities including design services to the public and private sectors for varied project types in both new construction and renovation. In addition to our full-service MEP/FP for well-coordinated facilities, AED’s capabilities include Programming, Master Planning, Design-build, Owner’s Representation, Design Criteria and Reviews for ADA Compliance, Commissioning and Construction Engineering and Inspections (CEI) and Construction Management.
