“Mon-Energy Consult” Co., Ltd, founded as a consulting and engineering firm in 1994 is operating primarily in the energy/power, heating, energy efficiency, energy conservation, electric power sector, power management, municipal, infrastructure and environment protection areas.

“Energy Conservation Cell” (hereinafter referred to as “ECC”) was established at the Ministry of Fuel & Energy of Mongolia on March 1, 1993 to implement “Energy Audit, Efficiency and Conservation Study” project financed by the Asian Development Bank. Main objective of the project was to formulate an energy conservation strategy, to determine energy losses in energy and industrial/residential sectors, to prepare governmental energy conservation action plan, to initiate and implement energy efficiency and conservation projects etc.
