We were the business unit for Qantas Airways for 27 years until acquisition by the Helloworld Group in 2010. Since that time, we have undergone much change to transform into a fully independent Travel Management Company. Part of this progression involved the investment of over $4 million in technology, people and the customer experience, putting us at the forefront of travel management.
