GDM, since 2010, has built the capacity to deliver Project Management and Engineering (primarily Civil/Structural) for capital projects in Jamaica. We offer Project Management services that span the entire life cycle of capital projects of various sizes for infrastructure, industrial and food processing facilities.

Government entities and businesses in Jamaica have found it inefficient to procure the services of individual design professional entities (Architect, Civil/Structural Engineer , Quantity Surveyor, MEP Engineer) for small buildings (<= US$1M capital cost) due to the economics of scale and procurement duplication. GDM has refined an Engineer Led team service along with our associated professionals to provide a single point design and project management for these projects .Our Engineer Led teams provide services for small projects including Architectural services, Quantity surveying  ,Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering).

Included in our services are pre-feasibility, feasibility and final studies, surveys, investigations and reports on contemplated projects, designs and preparation of plans, specifications  and quantities, engineering management, supervision and construction management and quality control.
