The Horváth Group is an independent, international consulting company with more than 1,200 employees in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Romania, Italy, the United States, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. We carry out projects for our international clients all over the world, as experts we develop solutions and synergies that bring them a real competitive advantage. In our work, we take into account local specificities, thanks to the fact that we cooperate with our partners working in the Cordence Worldwide consulting alliance.

Our company was established in 1981 under the name IFUA Institut für Unternehmensanalysen GmbH, and received the name Horváth & Partners in 1989. In 2021, we shortened our brand name to Horváth, which is short and to the point. Our eponymous founder, Prof. Dr. Dr. hc mult. Péter Horváth is considered one of the pioneers of controlling in Germany.
We consistently work to further develop our leading solutions in the field of transformation and performance management. This is how we ensure that our solutions combine the experience of thousands of consulting projects with the latest professional and technological knowledge.

We are currently represented by 17 offices in 7 European countries, the United States and the Middle East. Horváth AG - as the management holding that brings together the group - is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the companies belonging to the group. In line with our basic principle that the owners of the company group can only be actively working partners, the top-level managers are excluded from the circle of partners.
