The Republic of Namibia has signed a grant funding agreement, the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA) Namibia Compact, of US$ 304.5 million with the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), an Agency of the United States Government, to enable the Government of Namibia to implement the MCA Namibia Programme and achieve the objectives of the Compact. MCA Namibia, a program implementation unit of the National Planning Commission, will use a portion of the grant funding for the acquisition of goods, works, and services. The purpose of this Notice of Contract Award is to inform the bidding community of the award of the following contract(s) with a value of NAD 100,000 (approx. US$ 10,000) or more:

After a careful review of the bids received, MCA Namibia has chosen to exercise its right not to accept any bid and reject all bids in accordance with ITB 37.
