Description
The U.S. Embassy in Kampala, Uganda is seeking for cellphone services. The anticipated performance period is for a one-year base periods, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.   

The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to a primary and secondary service provider that conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered utilizing FAR 13 Comparative Evaluation.

 The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date of which will be in the solicitation.

All contractors are required to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov  prior to submittal of proposals and contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
