The objective of these Terms of Reference is to establish the basis for hiring an specialized company to: I) elaborate architectural, engineering, and complementary design of the construction works described in the Annex; ii) elaborate Terms of Reference for hiring a company that will perform the construction works described in the Annex; iii) technically answer any technical questions made by companies interested in meeting the terms of reference and drawn up an opinion of the proposals received; and iv) supervise and certify the construction works and renovations according to the Terms of Reference.
