2. The Ministry of Agriculture and Florest - Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement and installation of: Network Communication and Database-, for both offices: Largo António Jacinto, Edifício "A" Rés do chão, 1º,2º,3º e 4º and Largo António Jacinto, Edifício "B" 1º,3º,4º,5º,6º,7º e 8º Andar.
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement Regulations of July 2016, revised November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit - Projecto de Desenvolvimento da Agricultura Comercial (PDAC) and inspect the bidding document during office hours 08:30 to 16:00 hours at the address given below.
5. The bidding document in English are available free of charge by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written request by the Registration Form Bidder’s Application Form, available at the following link: https://pdac.ao/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Bidder-Application-Form-Versao-em-Ingles.pdf

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:30 Angola Local Time on 23 December, 2022. Electronic Bidding will be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on before 10:35 Angola Local Time on 23 December, 2022.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid-Securing Declaration,”.
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.”]
