ATscale, the Global Partnership for Assistive Technology and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) wish to select a supplier to develop TTS voices in four languages, two mandatory and two suggestive. IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
