ADB is helping 13 public technical and vocational schools in Hunan province in the People's Republic of China develop training programs that meet the demands of the labor market. The project will improve the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) system, upgrade facilities and learning environments, strengthen industry involvement in TVET, and provide project management support.
