Description: The contractor is required to provide works and maintenance services to the ECDC premises and related equipment. The services are required in a wide spectrum of areas, including but not limited to:
• electromechanical equipment, UPS and generator,
• heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC),
• water, sanitation and sanitary appliances,
• electrical installations, networks works and back-up systems,
• kitchenettes’ facilities,
• internal and external signage,• windows,
• plumbing,
• doors and walls, including glazed partitions,
• ceilings,
• carpentry and joinery,
• painting and decorating,
• flooring,
• plastering,
• construction, reconstruction and wood works,
• internal move and installation of appliances ‘ready for use’ and other technical equipment,
