USAID Laos Country Representative Post (USAID Laos) intends to negotiate a non-competitive modification of Task Order number no. 72048618F00004 for USAID Laos Local Solutions Support (LSS) with RTI International, 3040 Cornwallis Road, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709, based on the Asia Support Services for Local Solutions IDIQ.
The USAID Laos Local Solutions Support Activity, within Mission’s Program Office, has been supporting Laos Country Representative Post since September 2018 as the primary mechanism to support more strategic, systematic, and measurable approaches to organizational capacity development in Lao PDR, with the goal of realizing increased leadership by local partners in determining development priorities and delivering effective localized responses.
USAID Laos intends to negotiate non-competitively with only one source (RTI International) in accordance with AIDAR 706.302-70(b)(5). The modification of the award will extend the period of performance of the contract by one year from September 24, 2023 to September 23, 2024 without any increase in the total estimated cost of the Task Order.
Under the time extension, the contractor will continue to provide the services that are in line with the current scope of USAID Laos Local Solutions Support.
