The consultant will be a firm with at least five (05) years of existence and experience in terms of feasibility studies of commercial equipment (not only technical, but also economic and social).
6. The duration of the mission is: one hundred and twenty (120) days in three tranches (45 days for the firm tranche, 30 days for the Conditional Tranche 1 and 45 days for the conditional tranche 2).
7. It is brought to the attention of the consultants (firm) that the provisions of paragraphs 3.14; 3.16; and 3.17 of Section III of: "Procurement Regulations for Borrowers seeking Investment Project Financing (REITs)", version of July 2016, revised in November 2017, August 2018 and October 2020 relating to the rules of the World Bank in matters of conflict of interest are applicable.
8. The consultant (firm) will be recruited on the basis of the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QBCB) procedures defined in the "Procurement Regulations for Borrowers seeking Investment Project Financing (FPI)", version of July 2016, revised in November 2017, August 2018 and October 2020” .
9. Interested consultants (firms) can consult the ToRs at the address below “See point 9 of this CEI” .
10. The date for submission of Expressions of Interest (DMI) files is set for Friday, March 17, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. sharp (local time) to the address below:

12. The contract resulting from this CEI is subject to the ANRMP fee which is 0.5% of the amount excluding taxes of the contract. This amount must be included in the firms' financial proposals at the time of the request for proposal.
13. The submission language is French.
14. Submissions must be physically submitted in six (06) copies including an original copy and an electronic version with the following mention:
