Objective and Purpose of the Assignment
The objective of the assignment is to complete necessary activities in support of processing ADB’s financing for the proposed Promoting Industrial Park Green and Low Carbon Transition Project (the proposed project). A Project Preparation Consultant team will be engaged.
The main scope of the assignment will be to work closely with ADB, Huaxia Bank and other key agencies, and other TRTA consultants to carry out preparatory activities for an ADB loan for financing the proposed project, ensuring the ADB loan ready for approval by ADB’s Board of Directors. Key tasks and activities of the consulting service under this assignment will be carried out by a team of international and national consultants.
