Description: This contract is part of the EU Action Document for Strengthening Transparent and Accountable Governance in Papua New Guinea. It focuses on:1. Improving PNG’s PFM system and framework, with a focus on public sector audit and Parliamentary oversight (national level) and PFM in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville (pilot subnational level).2. Strengthening the integrity, transparency and accountability (ITA) systems and practices and make them more inclusive, thus improving ITA systems at subnational level (Bougainville).
