Objectives: The objective of this assignment is to support the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD) of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) by developing accurate, coherent, and user-friendly financial models that serve as essential tools for risk appraisal and investment valuations. The consultant will work closely with ADB staff and designated team members to build, review, audit, and update financial models, conduct financial analysis, benchmark studies, and due diligence activities. The expected outcomes include well-designed financial models adhering to best practices and ADB’s standards, alongside documented due diligence findings incorporated into the models.
