FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM EQUIPMENT WITHIN EDC

The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) to finance the Technical Assistance Project for the Development of Hydroelectricity on the Sanaga (PATDHS) , and for the use part of this credit to make payments under Contract No. 05/AOIO/EDC/PATDHS/CIPM/2023 for the supply and installation of geographic information system equipment within EDC .
The Purchaser, Electricity Development Corporation (EDC), is soliciting gated bids from eligible and qualified bidders to supply the following equipment :

One (01) A0 plotter with 03 sets of ink;
Nine (09) external hard drives;
Two (02) rechargeable video projectors;

The delivery time provided by the Buyer is six (06) months .
Procurement will be conducted by International Competitive Bidding (ICB) as defined in the “ Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works and Services (other than Consulting Services) by World Bank Borrowers in Framework for IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants, January 2011 Edition, Revised July 2014”, and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in these Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.6 and 1.7 setting out the Bank's policy on conflict of interest.

Interested and eligible Bidders may obtain a complete tender dossier at the address mentioned below against presentation of the original payment receipt from BICEC, account no. 335 988 opened in the name of the 'ARMP of the non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100,000) CFA francs, representing the cost of purchasing the file . When withdrawing the File, tenderers must register by leaving their full addresses: Post office box, Telephone, Fax, telex, E-mail .
Tenders must be submitted to the address below no later than August 03, 2023 at 12 p.m. sharp, local time . Electronic submission of bids will not be permitted. The Late bids will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on August 3, 2023 at 1 p.m. sharp, local time by EDC's Internal Procurement Commission (CIPM) in the presence of tenderers or their duly authorized representatives who wish to be present .
All bids must provide a bid guarantee in the amount of five million (5,000,000) FCFA francs or the equivalent in Euros .
