United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows: Hotel accommodation for 4 nights (17/12/2023 – 21/12/2023) in Tokyo, Japan within the following criteria: 100 single occupancy standard rooms for sponsored international participants, including breakfast and free Wi-Fi access in all rooms. It’s preferable to put the funded participants (up to 100 people) in one hotel (or the minimum number of hotels as possible). The hotel/hotels should be located ideally within 2 km distance from the United Nations University at 5-53-70 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-8925, Japan Please refer to attached procurement notice.
