Next Generation (NextGen) Passport Personalization Printers Support

Objectives: The Department of State seeks support services for laser engraving passport personalization printers at domestic passport locations. The tender covers support for Next Generation Passport Personalization Printers at 27 domestic passport agencies, two passport centers, and other required sites, providing printer consumables, transitioning new installations, printer integration with passport issuance systems, training, maintenance, warranty services, and eventual disposal of printers.
