The technical assistance (TA) will mobilize youth from the developing member countries (DMCs) of Asian Development Bank (ADB) to maximize regional youth productivity through innovating and upscaling youth employment solutions. It will support ADB''s education sector program by engaging with civil society organizations and nongovernment organizations working with youth who can contribute and add value to youth employability programs. It will have the following outputs: (i) road map of demonstration projects that increase youth employability developed; (ii) increased youth skills and employability demonstrated; and (iii) youth employment solutions among ADB DMCs, development partners, and youth expanded. These will result in the following outcome: enhanced youth skills for employment. The TA will be aligned with the following impact: increased employability and productivity of youth in select DMCs.
