Description

The UK's Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) via the British High Commission (BHC) and British Deputy High Commissions (BDHC) in India represents the British Government in India. The BHC is responsible to the British Government for all aspects of the relationship between India and the United Kingdom, including the management of political relations; trade policy; visa and entry clearance services for those wanting to travel to the UK; and providing consular assistance and protection for British citizens.

FCDO intends to engage a suitable supplier who can provide comprehensive Group Medical Insurance (Product 1) for Country Based Staff (and their dependent family members) and Accidental Insurance (Product 2) to cover BHC staff.

The supplier will have to ensure that all the required services are met according to the requirement and within the specified timelines and maintaining 100% Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The broker will be identified for a period of 3 years and Insurance provider for 1 year initially commencing on 01 April 2024. Towards the end of first year, the broker will help British High Commission in selecting the insurance provider for the following 2 years (1 year at a time).
